The window solid glued bar, solid glued boards
The window solid glued bar is a modern non-polluting material for manufacture of window blocks. It is made of conifer saw-bar – a pine, a fur-trees or a larch. This material provides stable geometrical parameters, which is essential for manufacturing and operation of windows. It is necessary to note, that using qualitative short saw-bar we can form preparations of any sizes.

The bar is composed of three layers what protects a wooden window from deformation and extinguishes pressure arising inside of a structure. When pasting in a uniform bar the direction of wooded fibers ("annual rings") in solder pads is set in the opposite to each other sides, therefore the solid glued bar appears stronger in comparison with the usual one. Timber jointing lengthwise on a micro thorn makes the material homogeneous in its structure, excludes the possibility of hogging and bursting with time. With the change in humidity level of the environment the bar does not change its form. Moreover its soundproofing properties improve.
